This afternoon Kevin & I got to meet with Matthew, an inspiring man who, by age 8, was totally blind. And yet, by age 30, he had graduated from Yale, Princeton and Harvard universities & won two national fellowships. And by age 40 he had completed his Ph.D. in Genetics at Yale. Not to mention all of the skiing, rollerblading and international travel that he does. A-ma-zing! We would be honored to work with him on developing a website for his new book and motivational speaking.
He talked about how people often think they don’t have time to get involved. Too busy to help those in need. He said, “Fortunately for me, other people chose to give of themselves and get involved in my life.” Inspiring thoughts to reflect on this season.
