1) Employers and Job Seekers would have their own separate control panels. Employers would be able to log in and manage their company’s job listings, search and save resumes, as well as, contact potential job candidates. Job Seekers could create and edit their resumes, search job listings and apply directly for jobs.

2) Job Seekers could fill out applications which are emailed directly to employers.

3) Job Seekers could find jobs using a search by keying in job titles, city or state. An Advanced Search would provide job seekers more options to filter jobs by keywords, categories, salary, etc.

4) You could use PayPal to get paid from the site.
