YES. We’re pleased to announce a new feature in our email marketing called Social Sharing. This makes it easy for your enewsletter subscribers to share your email marketing campaigns with their social networks via email, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

When creating an email in your campaigns section, simply click the Add Social Sharing Options button in the top left corner of your email. By checking the boxes in the menu that appears, you’re choosing the options your audience will have to share your email with their friends and followers. Note that the Email checkbox is checked by default, but you can deselect it.

The envelope icon replaces the send this to a friend link that used to show up on your stationery. Click save in the menu window, and continue editing your campaign.

2) Check the box to the left of the good message again (just like before) and select “Add sender to contacts folder” down in the lower-right corner under “perform this action…”Mark checked as NOT SPAM”

There is a one-time setup and design fee of $350.00, plus a monthly fee based on the number of emails you send. Monthly plans are adjustable as your volume increases. Minimum monthly fee is $30 (up to 1,000 email messages).

Step 2: Create your email marketing stationery

We will create one custom designed email marketing template that will serve as your primary stationery. This will incorporate your logo and graphic design preferences. We can customize your stationery to match your brand, or design something new. We will also add an email data collection tool to your website. People are automatically added to your email marketing database of subscribers when they opt-in to receive your messages.

Step 3: Sending your messages & tracking the results

You will then have the ability to send customized messages in a do-it-yourself manner, choosing from a variety of 35+ layout options. We will do a phone training with you showing you how to add content and send your messages. Or, we can help create your monthly messages (using content you provide), send to you for approval, then distribute to your list. This would be done using our blocks of time.

You have three options for hosting: 1) use your existing hosting, 2) use 720MEDIA to host your new site, or 3) use a company we recommend such as Go Daddy or Network Solutions.

Option #1
If you have an existing website host that you’d like us to use, please provide:

• Hosting Control Panel login and password
• FTP hostname, login and password

Option #2
If you choose 720MEDIA for your hosting, our package includes tech support and a robust email package with up to 1GB of space per account and spam filtering. If you need email addresses setup at your domain name, please list, as this is included at no extra charge with our hosting package.

Our billing methods for hosting are:

• Quarterly billing ($45.00 per month) plus $50.00 setup fee. Total is $185.00.
• Annual billing ($41.25/month) – get one month free and your setup fee is waived. Total is $495.00.

Note: If billed annually, our website hosting is $41.25/month. Includes free hosting setup, email, spam filtering, hosting tech support. The main differences between our hosting plans and some of the lower-cost plans are:

• We offer a robust 1GB email hosting per mailbox – other companies will charge extra for mailboxes and 1GB/mailbox is a bunch of space
• Spam filter – not always included with email hosting and ours is very effective and our clients love it
• Technical support calls directly to 720MEDIA – if you have a problem with your website or email just give us a call and we’ll look into it versus you calling the hosting company and troubleshooting it with them.
