Here are your first 3 steps to get started with email marketing, followed by a list of 9 design questions:

Step 1: Getting Started

There is a one-time setup and design fee of $350.00, plus a monthly fee based on the number of emails you send. Monthly plans are adjustable as your volume increases. Minimum monthly fee is $30 (up to 1,000 email messages).

You can pay month-to-month, or save 10% if you sign up for a year. Just let us know your preference. And if you think you’ll be sending more than 1,000 messages your first month, your cost will be $45/month plan, which includes sending up to 2,500 messages. Email Marketing Monthly Rates

Step 2: Create your email marketing stationery

We will create one custom designed email marketing template that will serve as your primary stationery. This will incorporate your logo and graphic design preferences. We can customize your stationery to match your brand, or design something new. We will also add an email data collection tool to your website. People are automatically added to your email marketing database of subscribers when they opt-in to receive your messages.

Step 3: Sending your messages & tracking the results

You will then have the ability to send customized messages in a do-it-yourself manner, choosing from a variety of 35+ layout options. We will do a phone training with you showing you how to add content and send your messages. Or, we can help create your monthly messages (using content you provide), send to you for approval, then distribute to your list. This would be done using our blocks of time.

1) Please confirm that we are using your existing logo design. If there are any other graphics you’d like us to use in creating your stationery, please send to me. If there are changes to your logo you want us to make, please let me know what we are to change.

2) When it comes to us matching the design of your email marketing with your website, how do you feel:
a) we like this idea: keep the stationery consistent with our website colors
b) feel free to take a few liberties with the design—maybe try new colors

3) When people click your email marketing stationery logo, where should they land on your website?

8) Additional footer info needed: A physical address is required. This must contain a street name, number and postal code. A P.O Box with zip code is also acceptable. Additional items you may want to include… a contact email address, phone number and/or website url

9) Would you like to pay month-to-month (automatic credit card billing) or pay for one year and receive a 10% discount? We will then email you an invoice and you can pay online or mail a check.
